[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier, dr aquaguard magna nxt | |
I purchased dr aquaguard water purifier online for installation in my house at sector 126 mohali as per advice of local sales crew positioned at mohali. The product that i purchased was dr aquaguards magna nxt. During the time of purchase i was assured that the water purifier would be replaced in case there was any malfunction with the unit. Subsequently the same assurance was given by the installation crew when the unit was installed on 14 jul 17.in less that a month the pcb of the unit malfunctioned and we stopped getting water. After lodging the complaint the unit was not replaced, however, the failure was rectified by replacement of pcb. On 15 jan 18 a service engineer visited our house for service since the unit is under warranty cover of one year. After service the unit again stopped functioning. A service engineer on next day intimated us that the pcb has stopped functioning and therefore the unit is not working. Since then the unit is not working. The company has not rectified the unit till date stating that pcb is not available. Thereafter, we requested the company to replace the unit however, the company has neither repaired nor replaced the unit. Multiple calls to the company is of no avail and we are left to arrange potable water on a daily basis. Was this information helpful? | |
