[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier (Dr. RO+ HD) system not working | |||||
Hi, I have purchased new DR. RO systems on July2015. When I purchased my machine had quality issue which I escalated Management has changed my machine and replaced with new machine. This new machine also continuously has some problem. I have escalated to customer service. Engineer came and corrected the issue but again same problem after few days. I am facing this issue from the day1 I have bought this machine but they are not ready to give me permanent solutions.
