I had been a happy customer of Eureka Forbes untill last December where I experienced the total bad performance of the customer care and also the service men of Eureka Forbes. The customer care does not have the records if the customer is within the contract of maintenance/service or not. The Service personals are not upto the level of having knowledge to do maintenance and also does the work un-hygienically. The filter candles are the source of purifying the water and the service men touches/holds with dirty hand and all kind of it which eventually makes the candles bad. I am bitterly sorry of the so called Eureka Forbes claiming the good health of the customers when they have very poor and un-trained staffs. I am anyway switching from Eureka Forbes to other provider. Joy Was this information helpful? | |||
