Reference to my service request no [protected] raised for non functioning of ro, i escalated the complaint multiple time on their website but to no avail.
Surprisingly they have closed this ticket also without solving the issue and this happened 2nd time (Earlier also same thing happened and i had to raise the ticket again)
My complaint is registered from 25th march however thier service person visited only on 22nd may, checked equipment and assured of coming back next day with required spare parts however he is not reachable after that day.
My unit is under amc which i am paying from day of purchase and hence i demand the resolution. Despite paying year on year amc i am not able to use equipment and buying water bottles to add to my cost. Was this information helpful? |
