There are two complains that i have raised on the call centre by talking to your executive multiple times.
1) replacement of part:
A part needs to be replaced. (Plate below the water tap to keep the bottle)
Raised complains 3 times, but not getting any response. Every time an engineer calls asking 'have you raised a request for servicing of the device?'. On explaining the details nobody calls back.
2) yearly contract issue:
We had signed up for yearly maintenance contract in march 2018.
Until feb 2019 we have only received 1 free service that too after my multiple follow ups.
Highlighted this issue and requested to either extend the contract or refund the contract amount.
Have not received any resolution on this.
