Eureka Forbes — Water purifier leakage | |||
As a eureka forbes am very much disappointed in the service of the water purifier. The purifier was installed ion 28/02/2015 at the time of installation the sales person tested the water and informed me need to change the filter only twice a year and he gave me 2 extra filter sets i can use for 2 years and after that only i need to pay for the filter but the service itself i had to change the filter and at the end of the 1st year itself my filters were all finished and i started paying for the filters.in the month of july there was sound on the machine and i called for service and the service person told me that the motor is complaint and need to replace (It cost me aed 150) and he changed the motor and the next day it started leaking and i had to stop the machine. I called up for service and till now (22/08/2016) no body has turned up for the service, i tried to contact the branch manager mr. Imran he never pick the phone. I am still waiting for somebody to come and repair my machine. Was this information helpful? | |||

Water is leaking from the aqua guard on switching on the machine. We procured the machine on 16th December 2015. In between the machine is giving lot of problem and some times the water is not comming properly.
