Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier not working on regular basis - More than 5 times

I had purchased UV + RO purifier (Enhance) from Eureka forbes in November 2014. However every month since then there is a break down & had to call the service guys. Giving the call log nos. [protected] - 17th June [protected] - 30th May [protected] - 27th May [protected], [protected], [protected]. I had also taken additional filer as suggested by the technician last time. But till now the issue is yet to be resolved. I either need replacement of the product or PERMANENT AMC at free of cost.
