[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier purchased on 7.6.19 not yet installed. | |||
I purchased the Eureka Forbes ENHANCE model on 7/6/19. I was told that it is going to be installed within 2days. Next day I received a msg that one person has been assigned with the task of installation. During the day I called the person 10-12 times but he didn't receive the call. Now it is 11th day the water filter is lying uninstalled at my house. Whenever I contacted the customer care one person used to promise me to send one technician to install it by that very day but in vain. Anyway it has now become a regular task for me to call the technician and customer care service to get my Aquagaurd installed. After some time the technician also switch off his mobile every day. And from customer care same reply I am getting that it will be done as soon as possible. I am really fed up.Service request no [protected] Escalation request no[protected].
