We have been suffering from a lot of problems with your product and being harassed by your mechanics from last 8 months. After contacting the customer care a lot of times, we couldn't have got rid of the problems.
Every time a mechanic from your company comes and mind the problems temporarily and wants the satisfaction code. But after a single day, all the problems return.
We have already lodged complaints many times, but haven't got any solution after having AMC of 2 years.
We are very much dissatisfied with your product and service.
Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
