Eureka Forbes — Water purifier ro+uv not working

Strictly I will never recommend any Eureka Forbes products.
From last six months I was suffer from aqua sure xpert.
I was purchase it in may 2015 and it was dead and leakage in October 2015. They get more than 2 months to resolve it and same problem was occur in 23 rd april, 2016.
service guy first change valve to stop leakage and now same day again started leakage again and it was totally stop working. They said main circuit was damage so it was replace within a one day. Bur there was no response yet.
On 19 th may 2016 my warranty will over and then after what should I do if same problem occur.
In nov 2015 I already given a request to replace the product but they only do some try and error but still problem of leakage not stop.

Please refer to above reference complain number and below November complain (PLease refer below mail).

Same complain was registered on 23 rd April, 2016 which was also on nov.2016.

That time also I have complain for same problem of leakage and after leakage circuit smash and replace after 2 months.


Same problem was happen in your Aqua sure Expert.

My warranty period will expire in 20 days. If this same problem happen after warranty, I will face your very high service charges and spare charges.


Actually yr service team not able to find the problem means that Eureka Forbes send us defective piece.


Please replace yr machine or take away from my house.

After I will complain in Consumer court and file complain against Eureka forbes for Cheating to sell defective piece and mental harassment.


Please do the needful help.
