I have purchased water purifier.. The sales executive promised to give a discount of 1500 in exchange of our old water purifier (Kent) which is y we agreed for the purchase of purifier from eureka.. Since kent executive had already spoken for 1500 discount for purchasing his brand.. Eureka has a better brand name that’s the reason we agreed & purchased with him.. His said the delivery boy would give the amount but the delivery boy refused to pay.. Its been 2 months since we are following up with this cheater & he doesn’t turn up.. Now he has stopped answering calls as well.. I will be sharing the invoice copy & his contact number kindly be aware of such cheaters who spoil the brand name.. Please escalate this matter to ur higher officials..

My Aquaguard water purifier got broke down since 03.09.2019 and myself lodge service request on 03.09.2019 vide service request no [protected]. Till date i.e. 16.09.2019 problem not rectified and water purifier not made operational.
