I had taken a 2 years' AMC for my water purifier. I had submitted a service complaint with Eureka on 21 Dec 2023 vide complaint No : CM[protected]. Even after 3 weeks nobody has attended to my complaint. Whenever I call up customer service I get a repeated response "your complaint will be attended as early as possible". Till now I must have made at least 30 calls to Eureka customer service. Drinking water being a basic amenity, Eureka must show some urgency on customer complaint. If Eureka is continuing with such pathetic service standards, I would like to get a refund of my AMC amount. I will buy some other brand.
Request Forum's support in escalating the complaint with Eureka and get a resolution or refund of AMC charges. Was this information helpful? |
