We have (customer code [protected]) purchased a water Purifier of Eureka Forbes and purchased the AMC of the same in October 2022 vide invoice no. I[protected] dated 10.10.2022 however despite our several requests no one came to service the purifier at the end when one executive visited in the 11th month of AMC, he denied to change water filters claiming they have already changed it. When I asked them to show us the proof of changing Filters/or any signed slip from our end for change of filter or service they were unable to provide any proof. the person who visited for service contacted to his back office for confirmation than the back office instructed him to physically check the machine to find out the date of filters and accordingly he did checked the machine physically by taking out all filters and did not found any dates on filters and confirmed that it has not changed but the back office did not agreed to him and called him back stating its lunch time we will get back to you. After that no one visited again to change the filters. We have raised another complaint for the same, which they closed their own without contacting us and stopped entertaining us.
