[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier: Service Request unattended for 3 weeks | |||
I had submitted a request for service of a AQUAGUARD CRYSTAL PLUS UV i had bought in the month of Jun 2016. It is part of the free services due within the year from purchase. The request was logged on 18th October 2016. Request number was given as [protected]. It has been three weeks and nobody has still visited to take care of the same. In the meanwhile I have called your customer care twice to remind them about the same, I had decided to escalate the same today via the escalate service request tab on your website. On doing the same it gave me a response that this service number is not valid. I have sms messages from you with the same request number. Since i could not escalate I have had to re raise a request for service. This time I was given a service number of [protected]. This is not the kind of after sales service expected.
