I have purchased AURA 7L UV & UF water purifier on 23 feb 2021 from Amazon its under Warranty.
I have raised a complaint ([protected]) on 14 May 2021, as my water purifier has stopped working. I have contacted many times but due to Pandemic it got delayed i also understand.
No response till known from the service end.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Updated by amited Pathetic service the service person came and rectified the problem and said that he would be coming the next day, but it's been three days no one has still arrived.
