[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier supplied is of substandard | |||
I had purchased a doctor aquaguard magna hd ro+uv on 18/10/2016 and the same is under warranty. As per the instruction of company's representative water purifier is connected to portable municipal water connection and is used for domestic purpose with a family size of two adults and two kids. Immediately after installation complaint was raised about excessive drainage. Representative visited but no solution was found and problem is persisting. Four months back purifier stopped its work. When complained technicians used to come and problem used to reappear after few days. Now with the time nearing warranty period they are asking us to replace filter candle costing nearly 5000 rupees. They are not ready to read the company's specification on filter it self regarding its durability which clearly mentions that product is for 12 months under normal usage.
