[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier under warranty and demanding money

Purchased product on 15th october 2018 and within one week we raised a complaint that the purifier not working properly, service engineer came and saying that the product what i have bought is failed one from their products and immediately i raised the complaint to get the replace the product and they said the product is good one and fixed temporary. Meantime from last 6 months i raised complaints every month and engineer giving a temporary fixes with in next 2 days water getting to normal taste and no taste at all. I raised a complaint again one month back that they said now the candles got damaged and informed me to that they will check with the higher management and replace the same. But after 20 days they back and saying that the product is already 7 months old and cannot replace the candles, but the product warranty is 1 year.. Even on of the manager from the company talking like do what ever i can do from my end in fact he suggested me to raise a consumer grievance...
