I had problem with my genius water purifier 1 and half year old, under valid amc, there was service indicator was flickering
Raised complaint when first technician visited on 2nd june, 2020 his name manjunath mobile number [protected] (Complaint number [protected]), after opening whole purifier and informed me that i have to pay huge money around 2, 500 to 3, 000 for changing filters, though the filter was changed on 19th march, and my amc is valid till the end of august. I realized something fishy and asked him to fix it back and i will complain to the office, he fixed back in a slanting position (Fixed in one screw only) which i rectified later. He was rude in his behavior, because i didn't agree and to have second opinion
After raising a new request yesterday another technician visited on 4th june, 2020. His name is cyril, he checked everything and said nothing wrong in the filter, there was a problem in the electrical circuit because of this indicator light flickering, which he rectified and he was very professional. He visited before also, his work was very neat and clean. My problem was solved without any cost.
Today i called old technician manjunath, (I have recorded the call to publish in consumer website), explained the what other technician did and asked him why he did that to me, instead of apologizing he was talking in very rude way and told me not to call him, i said i didn't call him, company sent to you.
Now my question what if i trusted old technician manjunath and paid 2500 to 3, 000?
How can we trust products from eurekha forbes?
How technicians can cheat like this
