Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier UV enhance Eureka Forbes | |||
I have register complaint against machine Enhance UV on 9th of August . From that date till 19th of august problem was not solved ( technician have not visited). On 20th EF person visited and repair the machine.Immediately after repair. I call that person because one more problem has been added during repair of machine, that is indicator fall inside the machine and was glowing inside instead of outside( it is really ridiculous the way machine buildup ). I have called that same person several times but he replied only once and told me " I will come tomorrow morning at 10.30 am. However when I called again at 10.30 am, again same issue. He have not responded to any call. Then i have called there so called leader Mr. Thakur and he told me problem will get resolved today in any case. Therefore i have waited for whole day (21st Aug) but all in soup. No person visited for the repair of problem created by themselves. Next day i called their so called leader but again the same issue, he also started disconnecting my calls. I'm really in trouble. Now i have lost my patience. If my problem does not get solved today .Imay seek new machine or refund of total money .some few people / their team putting EF in trouble and this is not good for EF. PS.
