Today we called eureka phorbes technician to change the water candles. His contact number is [protected]. He damaged the pcp part of my water purifier, tried to fix it with for 4 hours. Now plz let me know how do you help customer like me.
Is nt companys responsibility to send trained technicians?
How can i be assured that the pcp he brings tomorrow is original?
How do i know they are nt cheating?
Why should i pay extra for that damaged part as its the mistake of a technician?
Now the quality of the wayerpurifier is questionable because the original pcp is replaced?
