[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Within 6 months problem in Aquaguard magna water purifier | |||||
This product is purchased 22/04/2016 and installed in the month of May 2016 is giving problems even before 3 months of installation. Everytime the technician come and service this product. This is worst product i have seen. And even the technician who has attended from Eureka forbes has confirmed that this product is defective and has been phased out. The latest complaint no [protected] is raised for refund of the amount and after this also they are sending technician for service which disgusting. Customer care is even worst and they disconnect or keep the call on hold and after 40 minutes it disconnects. I just need refund for this product. Nobody knows in the customer service the process for refund. They simply say today it will be done. How nonsense statement from Eureka. Was this information helpful? | |||||
