Eureka Forbes — Worst Customer Service - 2 Year AMC is waste of Money | |||
I have purchased 2 Year AMC for the water purifier (Total Enhance Green RO) in my Bangalore home. I have called the customer care team multiple times and also registered through online and escalated to Step-3 for the service request to be addressed but no one turned for the service. I have been calling daily and everyday I get the same answer that someone will come by today and service but no one comes for the service. The customer care person I spoke with today afternoon informed me that I can go to Consumer Complaints form if I wish to but she can not help. I am not sure why do they sell the AMC when they can not do the service. They call us regularly for servicing when we do not have AMC but after purchasing the AMC, we have to run after them. I regret the decision to go ahead with the AMC and looking at my options to see get the service request. Can someone help me with suggestions. Was this information helpful? | |||
