I have purchased dr. Aquagard magna hd ro + uv through eureka forbes website. 15 days lapsed. Installation request registered on the same day of delivery. Called many times to customer care and getting a same answer each day that installation will be done by today only. I have never seen such a unprofessional company, worst experience ever. I suggest everybody not to buy any product of eureka forbes.
Pathetic after sales service.
