My name is Elango. i have opened a RO service ticket saying that my machine is not working properly. the customer care executive promised that the issue will resolve in 24 hrs. Ticket no :: 81683450 Ticket Opened date ::[protected] Daily i am calling twice to check my ticket status. the executive is keep saying it will resolve in 24 hrs. i got couple of area manager numbers for next level escalation but those numbers are switched off or no answer. i tried more than 100 times. i am not sure why the customer care executive given this number. ([protected], [protected]) Worst and pathetic response and service from eurekaforbes. i never seen this kind of irresponsible people from service department. I am Under AMC. my humble request is cancel my AMC and pls return my money back. i lost all my hope. worst worst worst service. and complete cheating Was this information helpful? | |||

Daily I am having a call with your customer care team and hearing only apologize. Nothing else . Please help me to give contact details for your top management person if really want compromise. Customers care people daily giving the promise for 24 hrs. But nothing addressed till now.
I hope this is the way cheating the customer in professional way.
