Eureka Forbes — Worst service criteria | |||
I have purchased Eureka Forbes aquagaurd water purifier . After completion of the warranty period of 1 year I have offered AMC and AMC charges of 5000 also paid. During the period of warranty also not served properly. Periodical checking have not been taken place. And also recently, one complaint booked on 23rd Oct21 due to non functioning of WATER PURIFIER. Unfortunately without repair, complaint was closed and nobody responded properly till date on my complaint. So previously also several times it was happened. Water is for good health. After habituation it is very tough to go for other taste of water until and unless it it is Natural means. Again I ve booked complaint on 30 th Oct21. But nobody attended so far. I want only one solution sir, just company can return their purifier back by refunding my money as I have not touched it as after one year warranty, I ve extended warranty By means of AMC as per their norms, so eqpt cost plus AMC charges may pl be arrange for refund as I was unable to get services from them.
