Our Aquaguard geneus water Purifier had stopped working on Sept 13th. I had raised the issue with Eureka Forbes customer care through WhatsApp as well as via call on the same day. After weeks of waiting and a visit from two different service technicians, the issue with our purifier is still unresolved for the past 21 days! I've also been calling the last service technician who visited us (whose name is Manigandan) to resolve the issue at the earliest, he keeps giving me various excuses for the past few days about the spare parts. Everyone at home myself included have gotten severely sick with a fever due to change of water. Eureka Forbes is so irresponsible in their service and it's so appalling. I had even purchased 1 year worth of AMC from them. I'm so sick and tired of such poor service from this company!
