[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst Service From Eureka Forbes | |||
Issue 1: It has been over a month I have bought the new Green RO water purifier product. One month past and till now didn't received my Invoice and the sale persons not taking my calls and not responding. Have called to Help line more or less 20 times and only at last after long struggle they responded and provided the request number #90447037. But still now almost 15 days past but still didn't receive. Issue 2: I have an OLD RO water purifier under AMC warrenty, while purchasing Sales person conveyed will get refund of paid AMC within a week. I agreed and handed over my Original BILL copy. Almost 45 days over but still no Check and more over no response from sales person. If this is not sorted out ASAP, will complaint to consumer court with all the proofs that have with me right now.
