Eureka Forbes — Worst Service - Still Awaiting Complaint Closure. | |
We are facing severe discomfort with the product and the service team of Eureka forbes. We have raised a complaint for close to a week now and have ended up speaking to the customer help team over five times, between 23rd September to 04th October, but haven't received a closure to our complaint yet. I am compelled to point out the utmost unprofessional approach rendered by the service team. On every complaint call our complaint no. is cited and we are promised of a service executive who would get in touch within 24 hours, but that hasn't happened so far.
Our complaint no. is[protected] raised against our product model -Aqua Sure Storage Water Purifier.
