[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst servicing process for water purifier repair | |||||
We've bought aquaguard reviva water purifier from this horrible company and we badly regret for that. Our filter got repaired one week before and there was no water inflow in the purifier and it stopped working. I called Eureka forbes service no: 3988 3333 for more than 6 times and they got all the information from me like telephone no, address, model name all the 6 times. They gave me a complaint ID which was of no use. I called them and mentioned the complaint Id, even then they asked to repeat all the details. I also had AMC for my water purifier and all they replied was " Servicing people will be coming in 2 days mam" This was the reply that I got for 6 times and I waited for 12 days. No one turned up. And then I registered for urban clap to get the service for it and paid 2600 for the AMC product Was this information helpful? | |||||
