[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — wrong information about product

I purchased aquasure xpert yesterday I was told that we would not require any service for the first two years and after that we need to change the RO membrane which would cost Rs.2000. Today a person from EF has come to install the product. He says we need to change the filtersand membrane every year which costs Rs. 4000 which is too high and unaffordable. I want to know the procedure to return the product as we are misguided by the sales team at Adishwar Electronic bannerghatta road bangalore. I want to know how I can return the product.
