[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — wrong model of water purifier sold and then not ready to replace with correct model | |||
I had bought a water purifier Aquaguard Enhance UV model on 26.08.2014 This model of water purifier was suggested by sales person from Eureka Forbes.After two days I received the water purifier it was installed on 29.08.2014 but we found that the output water quality is not drinkable as it feels heavy through throat.So I called the sales person and informed him the problem, he convinced me that he had made a complaint and a person from Eureka forbes will visit you soon.But for the further ten days n body came.Meanwhile I had made a service request too whose service request no was "[protected]" but no body had responded to it too.So then I called up the sales person again as he responded that the Complaint resolving person will visit you soon.The complaint resolving person came and checked the TDS of water which showed 200 reading so he said that you need a RO purifier so at the same time called up the sales person telling him about this information.The sales person had a talk with the complaint resolving person.Later the sales person from Eureka Forbes ensured me to get this model replaced.It is since then the sales person is only ensuring methat you will get it replaced.Today it is 16.10.2014 and the sales person says to me that his manager is not ready to give a replacement.As a customer I have faced a lot of mental stress due to these people in Eureka Forbes I am purchasing drinking water daily even after investing Rs.12490/- with Eureka Forbes Ltd for a water purifier.
