This is not new and I have heard the same saying give us one more change from some of your customer care people. These are the nos. I have called some 40-50times to these nos. and had a VERY PATHETIC and FRUSTRATING experience.
1) [protected]- Guy named Harish sits in Mumbai office. God knows why you guys have him employed.
2) [protected]- Some lady, who always says i will check and call you back in 1hr and never ever called back

Even after all this, the response is very bad. There is no word yet on what they are planning to do to provide me the product for which I have paid 17, 000Rs online.
Can I at least get my money back? I don't want your product nor your service. It's been more than 2.5 months and there has been no proper response on my complaint. I am looking like a fool given I have paid the entire amount and just waiting for the product
