[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Wrong product delivered / Refund not processed after 2 weeks of raising refund request | |||||
My Customer ID is [protected] and Order ID is [protected]. I ordered reviva ro on 10th october from eurekaforbes.com site (online). They sent me Magna RO. When I said to replace the said it will take more than 7 days. So I decided to return the wrong product and get redund. I raised return request and fedex guys took the package from my house and delivered to modinagar eureka forbes wareouse on 24th october. I have made 10 + calls and 10+ e-mails till now and have no visibility as when will I get my refund. THE WORST THING IS ITS THEIR MISTAKE TO SEND WRONG PRODUCT TO ME AND IT IS ME WHO IS SUFFERING THE INCONVINIENCE AND APATHY OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
