Eureka Forbes — Wrong product delivery | |||
I purchased a water purifier from one of the direct sales guy (Sekhar bachar) from eureka forbes. During making order and taking the cheques, he confirmed me that he will give me a product of "dr aquaguard-eternity model". But he delivered a product of "aquaguard-eternity model" by courier. As far as i know only "dr. Aquaguard product" can be sold by the sales person from eureka forbes that he only confirmed to me and any "aquaguard product" can be available at any showroom or so. But still he delevered the same. From the last 2 days his mobile is switched off. Please note : i purchased one more item as "ironil - a extra iron guard" along with water purifier and i paid the amount by cheques to "eureka forbes". And he doesn't give any bill for 2 products but only gave a delivery challen of water purifier. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
