[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — yearly service problem | |||||
Respected sir my name is ishwari parsad (Customer id-[protected]) from okhla phase-3 new delhi. I purchase aq magna with advanced mineral guard model. Some days before a service executive had came from eureka forbes. Then he done some something in my ro. Suddenlly he said i have changed a filter in your ro purifier.. I said okk to him.. Then he had gone.. When i was checked my ro it was not working. And now customer care executive this is not oir responsibility.. This is my worst experience i have ever faced..
