Dear sir, I want to tell you one problem regarding my magna machine which breakdown from six days and i complained so many times about the tap of machine due to this problem me and my family can't take water from that machine. I called several times to customer care but they didn't give any response. We are facing lots of problems of water and i am taking water from my neighbor's. I again call to customer care and they told me that they don't have any parts of this machine. Please sir draw your attention my problem which i am facing from six days.
