Very worst service. Every time same problem exists and there were connection issue not able to connect Internet and every time need to complain but issue doesnt resolve if it resolved again same problem.

When call to customer care they were not able to say proper answer. I hope they were inefficient and they were telling stories line problem. Some one said modem was problem. Some says your system doesn't support wifi.
Technician was in out of coverage no body attend to call properly and rectify the issue. They were saying dont disturb they were in lunch. I think that lunch is more important for customer service other than customer facing problems with internet connection. Whole day was required to take lunch to them. It seems they were careless regarding customers.
I feel very regretful with their silly answers
They were blaming customers existence of fault with them.
