Excess Billing — Excess billing for the given internet service

Dear Sir, I am using Idea postpaid connection [protected]. I have received bill for month Aug-15 around 1700+ which is almost 3 times higher than in last 12+ years. My Current bill plan - T655 - CUG 149 Plan My Current data usage - 3G GPRS 350 (1.5 GB) Whwn I called customer care they said my data usage is more so this bill is high. I have taken internet plan of 3G GPRS 350 (1.5 GB). This plan was offered to me by customer care and had told me that after 1.5 GB, U will get 2G speed but never told me about charges where I was under impression that it will be nuthing but the Rs 350 as per my plan. Moreover I have already registered complaint against signal issue at my place so this high bill is really not acceptable. I hope you have got my views which I want to bring to your notice.
