I am from hyderabd. I have placed an installation request on 7th of january, 2019 and it was promised that the connection would be active within 48 hours. Today is 11th january 2019. The payment was taken on 7th itself.
There is no communication whatsoever from the service providers and i had to call customer care nearly 15times without any success.
I strongly recommend new users not to opt for excitel broadband though it is relatively cheap. Try other standard providers Was this information helpful? |
