I was holding an internet services connection account with Excitel with User ID [protected]. The connection was terminated by me in October 2022.
The security deposit of Rs 2500 was not refunded and everytime I spoke to customer care, I was assured if a refund in 3 working days. It has been more than 6 months and I have not received the refund, despite the general turn around time is 2 months.
