Dear Team, I raised a connection shifting request (ticket no.[protected] on 02 May'23. Today 9 days have passed but they are neither transferring my connection nor refunding my money. I paid Rs. 6000/- to Excitel as an advance rental plan for 1 year and used their services only for 3 months.
I got a confirmation earlier that if the services would not be available I will get the refund for the remaining months.
