Excitel has not deposited my deposit yet and its been 5 months, I terminated the connection in October and the refund should have been issued by 27th January but they haven't issued any refund. I have called them many times from last 2 months and they aren't issuing any refund and giving me time again and again and asking me to wait every time i call them.
Please contact them and ask them to issue refund. It will really helpful for me as its been so late as I haven't received any refund.
