Too Frequent disconnections.
Many are done intentionally and then you will recieve upgrade to excitel fibre sms just then.
While contacting customer care, the support disconnects the call.
They come, just fix wire for few minutes and say if after two days it gets disconnected then please contact.
And just after two days the internet gets disconnected.
The care does nothing except creating tickets.
The team comes for help after 5 hours.
I have created almost 10 tickets in last one month!
