I have taken 6+3 months subscription and advance payment already done from my side. For Last three months, I have been very upset from Excital Broadband due to no internet connectivity / breaking connection many times, literally a very very bed services you are providing, your services provider guys only said one talk like fix the fiber wire and your internet service will be good but some excital members which are using fibre cable through net, they are also in trouble and said not working net in proper as well as speed is very low.
