I have recharged my internet but after recharge 15 days there is no connectivity, we call every day morning & also evening for internet but same reply we trying to resolve your query with in 24 hours but there is no any solution after 15 days connection start & call again & again for service extension then they extend firstly 2 days then 5 days then 5 days, but after exhaust about this we decide to change service provider but after 4-5 days excitel customer support person call many time please do recharge we should provide this facility this also, then we think let's try one more time then we have recharged again rs. 820 but after recharge there is same condition, no connectivity then we call but at recharge time they should not describe any extra charge & doing call 3-4 times they said some area issue we try to resolve with in 24 hours but now after 3 days they told your connection was deactivated with in 20 days now you have to pay 300 more for connection activation, now please don't use this service provider mainly there is no any person who resolve your problem.. Now anybody tells that which connection was deactivated with in 20 or 25 days. My experience is worst more than worst with excitel. Was this information helpful? |
