I have taken Excitel broadband connection in March 2022.
From the date i have taken the connection am facing many Internet stability and internet Speed Issues.. Complaint to Customer care and raised many Issues in their APP.. But till now they didnot resolve the issue and not giving any solution to my issues..
Due to this improper unstable connection, I could not use it for my Work purpose and need to depend on other backup connection every day..
I request to take a action on these guys so that they should not do this to any one... Was this information helpful? |
