Excitel — Not refund my payment

Maine excitel ka one year plan liya tha jo ki 30 nov 2023 ko complete ho chuka hai and maine same day connection terminate karwa Diya.lekin co. Se na hi to koi device collect kar rha hai na hi meri payment refund kar rha hai aur call ka bhi koi response nhi deta AAP koi Aisa no. Ya site btaya jisse mai jaldi se jaldi apni payment refund karwa saku .
