Exide Life Insurance — payouts from 2014 is still not paid, this is 2017 and a new payout is ready and no idea about 2nd payout. | |||
Dear exide life insurance. My policy number 02278194 and my contact details are +91-[protected]. I have a policy with exide li and its 1st payout needs to be dispatch in the year 2014 but did not receive, but my premium is being deducted from the hdfc bank. If i forget to pay my premium the customer service team will call me for premium. However they are not bothered about my 1st & 2nd payouts... I have submitted my application for payouts at jayanagara branch bangalore. Whenever i call customer care bangalore team they request for 2 days of time to clarify the issue. Since am writting to complaints department please clarify me for, 1. When exactly my payouts will be paid 1st one is pending from 2014 and 2nd one this year 2017. 2.
