Expedia — Given multiple PNR nos for a connecting flight

Date of Incident - 2nd of Sept 2015 Ph Nos: [protected], +[protected] I have done a return reservation from Hyderabad to Jammu and Jammu to Hyderabad. Infact I have chosen same flight from Hyderbad to Jammu so that I get through check-in and paid higher amount for ticket compared to multi-vendor offers. I am surprised to get 2 PNR nos which means I need to do check-ins two times while going from Hyderabad to Jammu. This is the blunder done by Expedia.co.in and now they are neither fixing this nor giving me money back so that I can book from other sites. They have done two bookings while going from Hyderbad to Jammu i.e. Hyd to Delhi and Del to Jammu.

It's the worst website to book connecting flight. I have been doing airlines tickets for the past 10 years from different site but nobody has done this blunder. Infact if somehow there is a mistake done by site, they usually fix so that customer shouldn't face any hassle but Expedia.co.in wants passengers to face all hassles and shouldn't have pleasant flights

Since my wife and infant is travelling and my wife will be handling kid or taking luggage from one Terminal to other. Expedia is charging more for same flight option but giving different flight bookings.
In addition to this, if first flight gets delayed, airline is not responsible for connecting flight because Expedia has done two separate bookings.
