Express Honda, Tirupati — Purchase of honda jazz petrol version

I have purchased Honda JAZZ petrol version by booking on 16.07.2015 and paying the remaining amount on13.08.2015. The vehicle was delivered on 19.08.2015. When I went for vehicle registration at RTO office in september they identified that the chassis number of the vehicle by Honda dealer at Tirupati was wrongly entered and I was denied vehicle registration. I approached the contact persons at Express Honda whose mobile numbers are :[protected]; [protected] several times and they repeatedly say that they are going to complete it in a weeks time. But there is no progress. Twice I complained to the people who contacted me about the feed back about the purchase of Honda JAZZ. I request for immediate action.
